To comply with Fiji Tax Laws the following details are required for the club to retain its tax free position.
Any members wishing to stand for any executive position, will be required to lodge with the Bilo Bar Coordinator their nomination & seconder forms with the following details by the 31st July, prior to the Annual General Meeting in November of each year.

- Police Clearance (Fiji-Place of Abode)
- Tin Number
- Passport Details
- Medical Report
- 2 Passport size photos signed on the reverse side
